Client Waiver, Release of Liability, and Disclaimer (Idaho)

1) Acknowledgement and Agreement

By booking, purchasing, registering for, or participating in any session, service, reading, coaching, mentoring, class, digital product, or communication (the “Services”) offered by [Business Name] / [Your Name] (“Provider”) I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Waiver and Disclaimer.

I understand this is a legally binding agreement.

2) Educational and Informational Purposes Only

I understand and agree that all Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

The Services are not a substitute for:

  • medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

  • mental health care, psychotherapy, or counselling

  • legal or financial advice

3) Not Medical Advice, Not a Doctor

I understand and agree that the Provider is not a physician and is not acting as a medical professional.

No information given by the Provider should be interpreted as medical advice.

I agree to consult a qualified medical professional for any medical or mental health concerns including (but not limited to) symptoms, diagnoses, medication, treatment decisions, or emergencies.

4) Client Responsibility and Personal Choice

I understand that I am fully responsible for my own:

  • decisions

  • actions

  • wellbeing

  • outcomes

I acknowledge that results are not guaranteed.

I understand that any insights, guidance, intuitive information, or spiritual interpretations are offered as perspectives only, and I retain full personal responsibility for what I choose to do with that information.

5) Assumption of Risk

I understand that spiritual, energetic, intuitive, coaching, and/or personal development services may involve emotional, mental, or energetic experiences that can include (but are not limited to):

  • strong emotions

  • changes in perspective or belief

  • temporary discomfort

  • increased sensitivity

  • personal reflection and emotional processing

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks of participation, whether known or unknown.

6) Release of Liability (“Not Liable For…”)

To the fullest extent permitted under Idaho law, I agree that the Provider will not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or claim related to my participation in the Services including (but not limited to):

  • emotional distress

  • physical discomfort

  • misunderstandings or interpretations

  • decisions I make after receiving the Services

  • direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7) Waiver and Release of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted under Idaho law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Provider from any and all claims or causes of action of any kind arising out of or related to the Services, including claims based on ordinary negligence.

This release does not apply to gross negligence or intentional misconduct, to the extent such a waiver is not permitted by law.

8) No Professional Relationship

I understand the Services do not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or attorney-client relationship.

9) Payments and Refunds (Optional Section)

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

10) Governing Law and Venue

This Waiver will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Idaho.

If any part of this Waiver is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

12) Consent

By purchasing any of my services you agree to and confirm that:

  • You fully understand and agree to these terms
